For a leading startup in the field of renewable energy (Located in the near north),

we are looking for HR Specialist - Recruitment & Welfare

[Maternity Leave replacement, with option for a permanent position]

 

עיקרי התפקיד:

  • Responsibility for the entire recruitment process: attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling, and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork.
  • Manage and implement [with the HR team] employee welfare programs to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Participate in the hiring process from beginning to end:
  • Source candidates; Write and post job descriptions; Evaluate and screen resumes; conduct initial interviews and check references.
  • Conduct phone, Zoom and/or in-person interviews
  • Attend job fairs and careers events
  • Welfare and Event planning:
  • Develop and execute an annual events plan, including employee-focused activities, celebrations, and team-building events while managing the budget effectively.
  • Collaborate with departments to assess employee needs and continuously improve work experience.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR/Recruitment roles/ proven work experience as a HR specialist/ talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn and ATS (Comeet)
  • Ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with managers and employees and build positive relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to details
  • Creative problem solver with excellent teamwork skills.
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies
