תאור תפקיד:
For a leading startup in the field of renewable energy (Located in the near north),
we are looking for HR Specialist - Recruitment & Welfare
[Maternity Leave replacement, with option for a permanent position]
עיקרי התפקיד:
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process: attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling, and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork.
- Manage and implement [with the HR team] employee welfare programs to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Participate in the hiring process from beginning to end:
- Source candidates; Write and post job descriptions; Evaluate and screen resumes; conduct initial interviews and check references.
- Conduct phone, Zoom and/or in-person interviews
- Attend job fairs and careers events
- Welfare and Event planning:
- Develop and execute an annual events plan, including employee-focused activities, celebrations, and team-building events while managing the budget effectively.
- Collaborate with departments to assess employee needs and continuously improve work experience.
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש:
- דרישות
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in HR/Recruitment roles/ proven work experience as a HR specialist/ talent acquisition
- Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn and ATS (Comeet)
- Ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with managers and employees and build positive relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to details
- Creative problem solver with excellent teamwork skills.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies
