תאור תפקיד:

Create a project scoop of work and grants.
Determine project roles, responsibilities, and deadlines for each team member.
Make sure that the project is being completed effectively, on time and achieves goals and success criteria
Coordinate changes and adapt if necessary.
Keep teams committed and productive throughout the project.
Create reports for management on the project's progress and objectives.
Oversee the project's tasks and actively work toward established milestones.
Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש:

Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
3-5 years of prior experience in international project management
Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising teams
Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Very good English writing and speaking.
Flexible schedule, work with people across different time zones
